About Calmclassrooms Coaching
Calmclassrooms began when a small group of experienced educators and inclusion specialists saw how difficult it was for schools to translate SEND policy into everyday classroom practice. Drawing on years of teaching, leadership and coaching experience across mainstream and specialist settings, we started by working with a handful of schools that were struggling to turn their ambitions for inclusion into consistent, practical change. As demand grew, we developed a structured coaching and consulting approach that combines evidence-informed strategies with realistic implementation support. Over time, calmclassrooms has become a trusted partner for schools seeking to build more inclusive systems, strengthen staff confidence and ensure that SEND and inclusion are embedded in the fabric of classrooms, not just in policy documents.
